TIFFANY McGEHEE

Tiffany McGehee became the official Artistic Director on June 1, 2022. She has spent the last 12 years using theatre as a tool to teach and explore. She is a proud AmeriCorps alum, has served as an after-school drama specialist in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC, as a teaching artist for the Tony Award-Winning Regional Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, and most recently directed Meridian Little Theatre's successful 89th Season.
McGehee received her Bachelor's in Theatre from the City College of New York and will receive her Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Education from the Mississippi University for Women in May 2023.
Since moving to Meridian in 2017 with her husband, The Rev. Austin McGehee, Rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, she has assisted with planning and coordinating outreach and arts education efforts in Meridian, most notably the Any Given Child Initiative, a Kennedy Center program, which received the Mississippi Governor’s Award of Distinction in 2020, and the MSU Scholarship of Engagement award in 2021.
McGehee and her husband, who also frequents the theatre as an actor, have two boys, Alban (6) and Wesley (4).
